Yes, under FEMA guidelines, NRIs are fully permitted to acquire residential or commercial properties in India. No special permissions from the RBI are required.
We accept bookings via bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), demand drafts, online payment gateways, and direct checks made to the project escrow accounts.
A "New Launch" project is in its primary booking phase with structural work starting shortly. An "Ongoing" project has active construction underway with structure or finishing work in progress.
